Intensive training sessions for staff who will be working the stand. It involves role-play and interaction. Topics covered include:

Stand Management

Managing the entire on-stand process and leading the team by example to ensure targets are met or exceeded.  This includes taking control of pre-show briefs and debriefs each day. A reasonable amount of scripting and pre-show preparation is included in our fees.

Lead Generators

Our lead generators are versatile, target driven individuals who are experts in implementing our tried and tested processes. You are an expert in your field and all our staff are experts in generating qualified leads.  We also provide demonstrators and presenters.

Mystery Shopping

This involves visiting the stand at different times during the day, assessing stand impact, observing staff interaction with visitors, engaging with and evaluating staff performance. A comprehensive report is then sent to you within five days detailing what worked well and what could be improved on.  This process may also be conducted with up to two competitor stands for an additional fee. A valuable tool for companies who want to increase R.O.I. at future shows.
